Hairbrain Hot Sauce (Red Gnome / Leader) : Ah. Two girls in snuggies with pipe cleaner swords. Here to swipe our awesome plastic stuff?

String-Pea (Green Gnome / somewhat brain dead) : Joo bring me uh waffle? I giveya muh share of the plastic stoff fer uh waffle!

Bloo Moose (Dark Blue Gnome / voice of reason… sort of) : They’re not here to feed you waffles, Strings. They’re here too--

String-Pea: GAZE UPON OUR IMMENSE BEAUTY?! O<

Bloo Moose: …Never thought about that. Okay. We’ll go with that.

Hairbrain Hot Sauce: SILENCE! D<

Raena: …

Hairbrain Hot Sauce: O: That’s the first time anyone’s ever shut up when I demanded silence… > D AWESOME.

Kiyana: So… Are you guys going to get the *beep* out of the way, or do we have to whack you up some with our amazingly amazing pipe cleaner swords?

Hairbrain Hot Sauce: No, I think we’ll just stand here and smirk. We like smirking.

Bloo Moose: I’d listen to him. You see Orangey over there? We had to smack the b---- up some. He wanted to do something other than stand around and smirk.

Hairbrain Hot Sauce: *nods solemnly* That’s just how we roll.

Raena: Yeah, okay, we’re just going to pretend we didn’t hear that. Do you mind moving over some? We can’t haul that tin-foily-looking box out of here with you being all velcroed to the ground like that.

Hairbrain Hot Sauce: It’s platinum! PLATINUM! D< Not TIN FOIL. …And you’re velcroed to the ground too, so shut up. D:

String-Pea: D: Should we sing Kumbiya now?

Bloo Moose: Oh crap. Here we go again…

This is for *KitsuneCowgirl and ~HanyouRaena’s contest, since I promised an entry by today.

It. Took. FOREVER.

Ingredients to Snuggie Pirates and Treasure Gnomes:

-Sculpty clay
-Fleece
-A buttload of paint
-Wood bits
-Plastic treasure and rhinestones
-Velcro
-Pipe cleaners
-Felt
-Thread
-Glue
-Varnish
-Wire
-Many late night hours

Mash indigents together until they somewhat resemble Kiyana and Raena, poke at them with paintbrushes and stab them with sewing needles, say a few choice words of the unpleasant nature, pop them in the oven for 45 minutes at 270°. Once cool, strap them to a board and take a mass of pictures.

…This is kind of made of fail even though it took me waaaaaay too long to make since I haven’t attempted working with clay in almost ten years. My hands went all shaky on me when I was painting the faces, things broke and had to be glued back together, I got very annoyed too many times to count…

The original plan was to have them in intricate pirate costumes that Minion drew out, that didn’t work out -- so they got stuck in some zebra print snuggies instead. I was actually going to make little zebras for them to ride in on as well, but that kind of made my head implode when I was trying to remember the anatomy for them. x___x;; Anyway, all the figures are 100% handmade, and everything was hand painted except for the plastic stuff.


Kiyana belongs to *KitsuneCowgirl, and Raena belongs to ~HanyouRaena. I do not claim them as my own. The lame gnomes ARE mine though, so please don’t go stealing them. ._. They bite.
